Each new "ship to" address will include an additional $1.90 handling charge. Rush Delivery - all rush delivery will be charged an additional $9 rush charge on top of the regular shipping fee.

 

Return and Exchange Policy: There is no full refund on returned patterns unless they arrived damaged (upon which we will require you notify us within 7 days) or contain an error. However, if you wish to return patterns, you may do so, and we will give you half of your purchase price which you may use towards purchasing new Kit & Bixby patterns.We want you to be happy and successful.
